House of Osmar began in 2006 with a simple observation: the finest homes in Texas were being cleaned like ordinary ones. Beautiful marble treated with grocery-store chemicals. Private lives treated as gossip. Five-figure furnishings dusted by whoever answered the ad that week.
The families who owned those homes didn't need another cleaner. They needed someone who understood that a home is the most personal thing a person owns — and that caring for it is a craft with rules, chemistry, etiquette, and honor.
So we became that. Not by luck, and not by talent alone — by writing the standard down.
